This elegant little number is definitely a head turner. It's princess seam in the back creates a trim little waist and the beautiful purple color is fit for a queen. This coat is very attractive, and the price can't be beat.

Ugly Sweater=Free Beer for a Year?

Well, if you're out near Newtown then go over to the Biltmore for complimentary food and drinks next Monday, December 21st from 8-11 PM. I really like that the ugliest sweater wins free beer from Narragansett for a year. Hi Neighbor, have a Gansett!

John's Night of Fashion Video

Sometime Around Midnight

Well it's Monday again. If any of you like to knit, then join me at Carberry Cafe on Prospect Street every Monday from 6-7:30 PM as myself and a group of other knitters "Knit for the Greater Good: Mittens and Scarves for Kids at Camp Sunshine." I lead this group through Boston Cares, which is a great organization for people who like to volunteer when the mood strikes them.

And now some shameless promotion of my friends. In this case, that crazy model guy John. Check out this Stuff photo spread of him and a couple other model ladies at the Ames Hotel showing off some New Year's style.

Bulldog Party - December 15

Alright, so for everyone out there who likes to drink Gin & Tonics, you can head over to District (180 Lincoln St.) on Decembr 15th for complimentary Bulldog Cocktails & Hors D'oeuvres. I've never tried bulldog gin before, so I can't say if it will taste good, but why not give new things a try? The party starts at 9:00 PM.

Here's what yelpers have to say about District:

Free Boston

I like to go out to eat, I like to watch movies, and I like to do it all for free. I really like Target's ads for "Frugalista" shoppers. I know that frugal normally has negative connotations, often associated with being miserly or scrooge-like, but I want to put a positive spin on being frugal. In the current global economy, saving your pennies is probably the safest way to play it, but I'm here to give you some free ideas on how to live and play in Boston on the cheap, and more often than not, for free. So if you're the kind of person who likes deals, who likes the idea of getting paid to eat and shop, or eating and shopping for free, who wants to see movies for free and before everyone else, then this is the blog for you.
